How to Help Your Adult Leaders Learn to Share Their Faith

To be an effective Gospel Advancing leader, you have to walk the walk.

There’s no getting around the value of modeling. This is how Jesus taught His followers! When you and your adult leaders are personally passionate about praying for and sharing your faith in your own personal circles of influence, the likelihood that your students will do so, as well, increases dramatically. As leaders, you can’t expect to take your students where you haven’t gone yourselves. So modeling relational evangelism and talking about your faith-sharing efforts openly with your students are essential elements in discipling your teenagers to become disciples who make disciples.
